1. Read this first

This page is a plain-language summary written for a human in a hurry. It is not legal advice, and it is not the licence. Where this page and the controlling document disagree, the controlling document wins: the LYGO Sovereign License v3.0 for the code, the Terms and Privacy Policy for the site, and each vendor's own terms for the API you connect.

This portal is RESOURCE — a free tool page. It is not CANON. The dual ledgers and the Haven Star Chart stay canon, and nothing you do on this page writes to them.

2. What this page is, and what it is not

3. Your API key, your vendor, your account

• You bring the key. It is issued by the vendor (Groq, Google, OpenRouter, OpenAI, xAI, DeepSeek, Mistral, Together, Fireworks, Cerebras, Hugging Face, Anthropic, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint).
• The key stays in your browser. It is held in this tab's localStorage on your own device and sent only to the vendor you chose. It does not pass through chatagent.ca servers, and the steward never sees it. Clearing site data removes it.
• Use only keys you own or are authorised to use. Reselling, sharing, or scraping with someone else's key is your liability, not ours.
• Your vendor's terms govern everything that happens next: pricing, quotas, rate limits, free-tier changes, retention, training use of inputs, availability, and acceptable use. Those terms are a contract between you and that vendor. We are not a party to it and cannot change it, refund it, or speak for it.
• Cost is yours. A key can spend real money. Watch the vendor's dashboard.
• Vendor names and marks are the property of their owners and appear here only to describe compatibility.

4. Models, components and attribution

The portal itself ships no model weights. The console kit you can download alongside it does, and those weights keep their authors' licences — which travel with the file. You are responsible for reading and honouring the licence of every model you download and run.

Apache-2.0 requires us to keep the licence text and attribution with any redistribution — we do (see our model vault and the NOTICE file in the kit). Nothing on this page claims Google, Alibaba, Nomic, Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI or any other vendor sponsors, endorses or maintains LYGO.

5. No warranty

This page and the console are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. There is no uptime promise: it is static hosting, and DNS, browsers, CORS behaviour, vendor outages and rate limits are outside our control. Some vendors block browser-origin requests entirely; that is their choice, not a fault here.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the steward is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost data, lost profits, vendor bills, or model output, arising from your use of this page or the console. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you. Governing law and the full liability terms are in the Terms.

6. AI output — check it, do not trust it

• Models are wrong all the time and state falsehoods confidently. Verify anything that matters, especially code, numbers, citations, medical, legal or financial claims.
• Not professional advice. Nothing here is medical, legal, financial, safety or engineering advice, and no output creates a professional relationship.
• You are the publisher. What you send and what you do with the answer is your responsibility, including any third-party rights it may touch.
• Mind what you paste. Prompts go to the vendor you chose, and many vendors retain or train on inputs depending on your account settings. Do not submit secrets, credentials, health data or other people's personal data unless you accept that handling.
• Tools are read-only and public. The browser limbs call public endpoints. They do not open shells, touch disks, or reach private networks — that class of tool is deliberately confined to the local console you run yourself.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use this page or the console to break the law or to harm people. That includes, without being limited to: attacking or probing systems you do not own or have permission to test; harvesting personal data; generating sexual content involving minors; harassment, threats, malware, fraud or evasion; circumventing a vendor's rate limits or terms; or uploading material you have no right to share. You also agree to meet the minimum age of the vendor you connect (commonly 13, and 18 for some services) and of your own jurisdiction.

Access may be withdrawn from anyone using the public tools to attack others. The local console is yours to run — it is your machine, your models and your responsibility.

8. Privacy, in one minute

• No account, no signup, no profile.
• On this page, your browser stores only what you type locally — provider choice, continuity notes (SOUL / IDENTITY / MEMORY edits), the notepad, and your key — in localStorage on your device. The steward cannot read it.
• Prompts do not pass through this site. They travel browser → vendor.
• The wider site (analytics, advertising partners, cookies, server logs such as IP address and user agent) is described in full in the Privacy Policy, which also covers children, third-party links and embeds.
• Not directed at children. If you are under the minimum age for the vendor you use, do not use this portal.

9. What the code is licensed under

The console, its seals, docs and this portal are published under the LYGO Sovereign License v3.0 (Δ9Φ963-LICENSE-v3.0) — source-available, not open source, not MIT.
