1. Who we are
This website is operated by Justin Helmer (also known as Excavationpro / Lightfather) in connection with the LYGO / Eternal Haven / Excavationpro creative and technical projects. Contact options are listed on the Contact page and at the end of this policy.
2. What this site does
chatagent.ca publishes educational articles, a free champion summon tool, Continuum verification UI, and skill catalog pages. Most features work without creating an account. We do not operate a user login system on this domain for reading guides.
3. Information we may process
3.1 Information you provide voluntarily
If you email us or use a third-party contact channel we list (for example PayPal for donations), we receive whatever you choose to send (email address, message text, donation metadata from that service). We use that only to respond or administer support/donations.
3.2 Technical and usage data
Like most websites, our hosting provider (for example GitHub Pages or the CDN in front of it) may automatically log standard request data such as IP address, browser user-agent, referrer, and timestamps. Those logs are used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention — not for selling personal profiles.
3.3 Local storage on your device
Some pages store small preferences in your browser (for example cookie-notice acceptance). Continuum verification hashes files locally in your browser; file contents are not uploaded to chatagent.ca by that tool for verification.

This site is intended for a general audience interested in creative AI tools and documentation. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Third-party links and embeds
Pages may link to or embed third-party services (for example Hugging Face Spaces, Rumble, GitHub, ClawHub, PayPal). Those services have their own privacy practices. Leaving chatagent.ca means their policies apply.
8. Data retention
Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations (typically short rolling windows controlled by the host). Emails you send are retained as long as needed to handle the conversation. Donation records may be retained for bookkeeping as required by law or payment processors.

We use HTTPS on chatagent.ca. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please do not send secrets (API keys, passwords, private keys) through contact forms or public pages.

Content is published from projects associated with Canada / global web hosting. If you access the site from another country, your information may be processed in the regions where our hosts and advertising partners operate.
