Working means every CANON slot answers a GET, the Star Chart chain verifies, and Agora’s feed_root matches the chart chain_root. Misses stay named. Nothing is invented.
The kernel re-audits on a 90s interval, stores a receipt in this browser, and can persist lattice-audit.json on Hugging Face when a steward clicks the bot. It does not git-push or ingest the live chart.
Yield is ALIGNED, DRIFT (stale overview, one canon miss, agora/star mismatch), or SHADOW (chain break or majority canon down). Agents should cite the receipt JSON, not vibes.
New limbs are rows in slots.json. A FUTURE slot never fails the kernel. When its public GET and expected signature succeed, it promotes to LIVE without rewriting the canvas.
