What this is
LYGO Public Witness is an original overlay: one Earth of public resources, one lattice of canon receipts, and a ring of named shadows. Shadows are not empty ignorance. They are the reminder that a private node exists, and that the honest move is to examine every public, legal surface linked to it. LYGO is public-data infrastructure — every available angle, without malice.
Sphere and disc
Two live models share one overlay. The globe is the sphere. The flat disc under it is the north-centered map: North Pole at the hub, equator as the mid ring, southern ice as the rim. USGS quakes, ISS, EONET, weather — the same public points, plotted twice. Different geometry. Same resources. Neither view invents a private payload.
Three classes
Resource — a public feed we may crunch (USGS, EONET, ISS). If the GET fails, the node stays named; we follow its public URL.
