What this is
LYGO Public Witness is an original overlay: one Earth of public resources, one lattice of canon receipts, and a ring of named shadows. Shadows are not empty ignorance. They are the reminder that a private node exists, and that the honest move is to examine every public, legal surface linked to it. LYGO is public-data infrastructure — every available angle, without malice.
Three classes
Resource — a public feed we may crunch (USGS, EONET, ISS). If the GET fails, the node stays named; we follow its public URL.
Shadow — private rooms we will not open (ops desks, vaults, vendor intel, live chart write). Silhouette + why + public checks. Payload is always null.
