1. This site is a portal only
LYGO TV is a browser catalog and player pointer. It is not a television station, cable company, IPTV reseller, or video host. We do not operate the third-party CDNs that deliver video. We do not store, transcode, decrypt, or proxy channel streams on chatagent.ca.
Excavationpro Channel rooms may be used without an extra click. Opening FAST and world lists requires agreeing to the Terms of Use for that browser session (tick the box on the player). Closing the tab ends the session agreement.
When you click a channel, your browser requests that stream (or official embed) directly from the publisher or list source. If a stream is geo-blocked, offline, CORS-blocked, or HTTP-only, that is a named miss. We do not invent a working channel.
2. Channels listed here are found free to watch online
Public lists (for example iptv-org, Free-TV, i.mjh.nz, Plex FAST catalogs, and GitHub M3U files) publish links to channels that those projects present as free to watch online (over-the-air, public web, or free ad-supported TV). The Channel tab embeds Excavationpro rooms on Kick, Rumble, Twitch, and YouTube using each platform’s official player.
chatagent.ca does not sell subscriptions, decrypt pay-TV, or provide pirate access. Availability, legality, and age-appropriateness in your region are determined by the original publisher and by the law where you watch. You are responsible for how you use third-party streams.
3. We do not control third-party content
Titles, logos, group names, and program content come from third-party playlists and platforms. Lists change without notice. A channel that was a public news feed yesterday may be dead or re-labeled today. We are not the broadcaster and cannot guarantee:
- that a stream is live, accurate, or still public;
- that a title matches what actually plays;
- that a “Kids” or “18+” label is complete or correct;
- that content is legal to watch in your country.
4. Three shelves: All ages, Kids, 18+
We sort rows from public metadata so the catalog can stay open and honest without mixing children and adult material in one list:
- All ages (default) — unlabeled ordinary channels. This is the normal catalog.
- Kids — rows whose list, group, or title is marked kids/children. A separate shelf. This is a hint, not a parental-control lock. Supervise minors.
- 18+ gated — leftover rows whose metadata looks adult. Isolated behind an age gate. We do not operate an XXX catalog and we do not add adult-only playlists.
Labels can be wrong in both directions. Unlabeled does not prove a stream is suitable for every age. 18+ does not prove it is pornography. We still show the split so administration stays quality-first as the free catalog grows.
5. How we grow the free catalog
New lists are added only if they are HTTPS, presented by the source as
free to watch online, probed live, and useful. We do not decrypt pay-TV,
stand up a pirate proxy, or ingest Xtream/VOD dumps. Steward notes live in
sources/CATALOG.md on the chatagent repo. The human publisher commits
catalog.json. The catalog is RESOURCE, not Star Chart canon.
6. What you must not do
- Do not use this portal to seek stolen, decrypted, or paywalled television;
- Do not paste private, credentialed, or clearly infringing stream URLs;
- Do not treat embeds as our content or as a license from the copyright owner.
7. Support and gentle reminders
Optional PayPal and Patreon tips keep list probes, hosting, and updates running. About every 30 minutes the player may show a small reminder. Clicking PayPal, Patreon, or Watch on Rumble closes it. Rumble LIVE is our own monetized room — watching or joining there also helps. There is no paywall on the catalog.
“People here now” is a live occupancy count of browsers currently on this page (anonymous session id). If the count cannot connect, we show it offline rather than invent a number.
