Use when: Multiple humans or agents must hand work off cleanly.

SANCORA is the handoff specialist. Use it to define shared words (“done,” “blocked,” “sealed”), owners, and packet formats. Continuum capsules are a mechanical form of Sancora’s ideal: the next person inherits evidence, not folklore.
